aliadiscount.com is a dubious online shop for electronics and household appliances. It is not the first online shop of this type that we have had on the web.
Analysing the shop we see that it has SSL. There is an address of a company but it looks like there is nothing there. There are parts of the website that are untranslated. It is supposed that on the web you can pay with Paypal, credit card but when you go to pay you can only pay by bank transfer (method that we totally discourage unless you know the shop well).

We see discounts on some of the items. But what we do see are prices on many items well below the market. For the above reasons we think this is a dubious online shop.
